Tekmark Inc — Text Messaging Terms of Use

By opting in to or using any Tekmark Inc text messaging service (“Text Message Service”), you agree to these Text Messaging Terms of Use (“Terms”). Your participation also constitutes your agreement to our Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

1. Definitions

“Opting In” / “Opt-In”
Includes requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, responding to, or otherwise giving consent to receive one or more text messages from Tekmark Inc.

“Text Message Service”
Refers to any arrangement where Tekmark Inc sends messages—such as SMS, MMS, or similar technologies—to your mobile device.

2. Consent to Receive Text Messages

By consenting to receive text messages from Tekmark Inc, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, as well as our Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Your consent allows us to communicate with you regarding services, support, updates, or other relevant matters.

3. E-Sign Disclosure

By opting in, you consent to the use of electronic records to document your agreement to receive text messages. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message we send.

5. Costs of Text Messages

Tekmark Inc does not charge you for participating in the Text Message Service. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier or service plan. You are responsible for any such charges.

6. Frequency of Messages

The Text Message Service is designed for person-to-person communication between you and Tekmark Inc staff. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and any requests you make (e.g., replying HELP or initiating a service conversation).

7. Opting Out

You may unsubscribe from receiving text messages at any time by replying with any of the following commands:

STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE

Because this is a person-to-person communication service, opting out applies to the specific conversation and associated phone number. After you opt out, we may send a confirmation text.
